Dr. Jolene M. Garvey attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the University of Alaska- Anchorage to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. From there she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She pursued her passionate interest in Chiropractic Pediatrics and Pregnancy and has accumulated over 300 hours of post-graduate diplomate studies on this subject. She has studied methods and procedures with a number of other chiropractic clinics including the Alaska Wellness Center in Anchorage, Ballyclare and Glengormley Chiropractic clinics in Ireland, served at a clinic abroad hospital in India, and as extended faculty for Palmer College of Chiropractic in Ilheus, Brazil. Dr. Jolene is currently certified as a Chiropractor in the State of Wisconsin, in addition she is also certified by the state in Nutritional Counseling to offer a more integrative approach to healthcare. Dr. Jolene supports breastfeeding and is passionate about educating the community about all arenas of this subject and provides treatment for latch issues, positional plagiocephaly, craniosynostosis, cervical spine disorders including torticollis and scoliosis which can interfere with feeding.
